BTA Spring Conference 2023

The BTA Spring Conference took take place on Monday 6th March in central London.


The overall conference theme and title was “Bouncing back”.  This is first year in three years that has begun with no major restrictions on international travel from the UK.  We are seeing business levels increasing rapidly, many experiencing turnover almost back to pre-pandemic levels. Yet it is not a year without issues for the industry, but this conference wanted to share the positive reactions to the many challenges that lay behind and ahead. This industry is amazingly resilient and now is the time to focus on the future, the road to stability and to marvel in the “bouncebackability” of the business travel sector.
